I've had some challenging times lately. One of my closest friends is taking her final journey in this world. Then my ninety year old mother suddenly went into the hospital and her dementia deepened and she was completely lost about where she was and why. It was so scary for her and no amount of repetition could relieve her fears. I don't need to know what that baby will like. I don't need to have anything at all in common with a baby in order to embrace her.

All through your life and even with the growth and changes that happen, you are still you.

On this journey of life, the pure, light-filled, precious you is you no matter what happens to you or around you. I hope you will allow yourself to feel the light that you are. Embrace the treasure that is the essential and
