If you haven't seen this viral video, allow me to introduce you to an inspiring woman, Deborah Cohan. She was about to go into surgery for a double mastectomy. And she danced. I am so inspired by her courage and her decision to find joy and connection even in the face of such a challenge. Where can you use more dance in your life?

wonderful!! Just simply wonderful! To dance like that before a live altering think.. such courage and strength! Such wonderful spirit!

I love this video of Deborah Cohan which I have seen before. I have viewed it many times because even when faced with a life challenge, Deborah is able to find joy through dance. I have recommended this video to others facing a diagnosis of breast cancer and surgery. Music and dance are wonderful outlets for finding joy when in the face of adversity! Leave a Reply. |
